  • Track and evaluate new investment opportunities sourced from brokers, lenders, and sponsors
  • Gain exposure to deal structuring, private credit, and equity investments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required; ARGUS a plus)
  • Interest in real estate investing, capital markets, and private credit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn

Details:

  • Location: New York, NY (Remote)
