Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for precision and performance? Join our dynamic facilities team as a Chiller Maintenance Technician , where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing industrial and commercial chiller systems.
💼 What You'll Do:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults
• Replace components like compressors, motors, valves, and sensors
• Monitor system performance and adjust for efficiency
• Maintain detailed service records and logs
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with technicians and facility managers
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls
🎓 What We're Looking For:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers
• Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with BMS is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit to handle confined spaces and heavy equipment
