The Contract Manager will support the company’s legal and business teams by managing the full lifecycle of distribution and commercial contracts—from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and termination. This role ensures all agreements are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned with company policies and business objectives.
Duties:
Draft, review, and edit distribution agreements, NDAs, amendments, and related commercial contracts.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation tracking, redlining, execution, storage, and renewal management.
Maintain organized, up-to-date contract records within the company’s contract management system (Sharefile, Concord and PandaDoc).
Monitor key contract terms, renewal dates, and ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, marketing and legal) to gather information and ensure contract accuracy.
Support the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and process improvements.
Assist with due diligence, audit requests, and contract summaries as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws and regulations in all agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or contract administrator, preferably in distribution, commercial, or corporate law. (preference for consumer products, beverage, or distribution industries)
Strong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and negotiation processes.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office (Sharefile & Outlook necessary, Teams, Concord, Monday.com & PandaDoc are a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
