Corporate Attorney – Tampa, Florida (In-Office)

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join its expanding team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in M&A, private equity, venture capital , and general corporate transactional matters including advising businesses throughout all stages of their lifecycle—from formation and financing to exit strategies—and serving as outside general counsel to a diverse client base.
