Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets related to multifamily properties and mortgage portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and implement data models and pipelines using RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases.
• Utilize Informatica Cloud, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), for data integration, profiling, and data quality monitoring across business datasets.
• Define and implement data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards using IDQ to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.
• Support data governance initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: DATA ANALYST, NoSQL, Data quality .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics).
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in the multifamily real estate or mortgage industry.
• Deep understanding of multifamily business operations, property management, and mortgage processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with RDBMS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience with Informatica Cloud, including strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) for data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage industry.
• Project management experience.
