Restaurant Server – Part-Time We are looking for a friendly, dependable Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders while providing a positive dining experience for our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere.

Our restaurants are located within The Marquardt senior living community, serving residents, guests, and visitors in a welcoming, respectful dining environment focused on hospitality and service.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and organization

Greet guests promptly upon arrival and attend to their needs

Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections

Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently

Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary items

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Address guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

Issue bills, process payments, and handle basic cashier duties

Qualifications At least 1 year of restaurant or serving experience 

Hands-on experience with cashiering and POS systems preferred

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

Patient, customer-focused approach

Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy

Position Details Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience

License / Certification Watertown Bartender License (must have or be able to obtain)
