What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
• Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Provide routine preventative maintenance services
• Build accurate repair estimates and explain solutions to customers
• Educate customers about maintenance, performance, and repair needs
• Ensure all work complies with HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain EPA certification)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoor environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a team-player attitude
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DMV report required)
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
