Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process improvement, and project coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who want to develop strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
The position includes on-the-job training, real-time project support, interview preparation, and continuous job guidance to help you build a strong career as a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Assist in creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
Support project teams with requirement clarification, testing coordination, and documentation
Participate in process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Help in preparing BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and workflow diagrams
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating functionality
Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment with business needs
Participate in real-time project tasks, mock sessions, and analytical exercises
Receive ongoing interview preparation and job support for career advancement
Required Skills
0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in any analytical role
Basic understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and SDLC/Agile methodologies
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Good communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to create process flows and break down business problems
Willingness to learn and grow in product, business, and system analysis fields
