Job Description

Maintenance Responsibilities:

1. Performs maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.

2. Troubleshoots, inspects, repairs, replaces, and maintains existing mechanical systems and associated equipment including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, CNC machines, injection molders, presses, oil heaters, etc.

3. Facilitates and accurately follows specific detailed operational instruction and prints for jobs and setup operations.

4. Uses eMaint preventative maintenance system for completing work orders and provides required data logging for tracking parts used, equipment downtime, and hours worked.

5. Maintains a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

(Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience (Preferred): Associate degree or equivalent experience

Basic electric, troubleshooting up to 480v., Hydraulics, Pneumatics

Basic computer skills, CMMS software (eMaint)

CNC and injection experience is a plus but not required.

Basic PLC troubleshooting with Allen Bradley and Watlow controllers using Specview.
