Position Overview:
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time, onsite Hat Tender roles at our new Charleston location. As a Hat Tender, you’ll be responsible for product knowledge, retail sales, customer communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the exciting opportunity to create, shape, and customize one-of-a-kind custom hats.
What You'll Do as a Ranch Hand
• Create one-of-a-kind Custom Hats
• Provide a memorable, elevated guest experience
• Bring a bubbly, outgoing personality to the floor
• Engage guests with fun, natural, flowing conversations
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep the space insta-worthy throughout the day
• Assist with receiving and organizing product
This position involves constant movement, talking, creating custom products, assisting customers, and multitasking for hours at a time. We are a high-traffic, fast-paced store and this role requires energy, adaptability, and enthusiasm.

• Strong attention to detail
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
