Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Korean Bilingual

Client: Global leader in Technology/ Electronics

Duration: 12 months contract with HIGH chance for extension or become permanent.

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid, Monday – Thursday onsite & Friday Remote/WFH)

Pay: $45-48/hr W2 + Benefits

Top Skills Required

• Korean Bilingual is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
• 4+ years of Accounting or Finance
• High proficiency in invoice processing and data management in Excel. Strong Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) is required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise between teams and vendor.

Overview:

This role plays a crucial part in managing overall IT service costs, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive reporting and data management. This position requires a blend of financial acumen and strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with IT service vendors, internal teams, and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.) IT Services Master Management:

Maintain IT services master file in collaboration with the vendor and support overall company-wide budgeting and execution status to the management

2.) IT Service Vendor Invoices Processing:

Validate IT vendor invoices against signed contracts and budget approvals.

Process monthly incoming invoices through an internal finance portal.

3.) Monthly IT Total Expenses Status Reporting:

Prepare total monthly IT expense status and Year-to-Date (YTD) status reports.

Monitor expenses/forecast trends and support reporting to management.

4.) IT Service Contract Management:

Coordinate IT service contract signing process between various contract owners and the vendor

5.) Contract Signing Process:

Facilitate the contract signing process among stakeholders and the service provider vendor after validating requirements

6.) Ad Hoc Request/Team Support:

Respond to expense inquiries, including expense status, invoice and contract status, and IT General Ledger (GL) matters.

Support the team in various areas on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Fluent in Writing, Reading, and Speaking in Korean and English).
• High proficiency in invoice processing and data management in Excel.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and finance processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise between teams and vendors.
• Ability to handle ad hoc requests and provide timely support.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in financial discipline is preferred.
• 4+ years financial and/or accounting experience required.
