Job Description

Our client is a growing construction company that takes pride in doing quality work the right way. Their team values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who can take charge of projects, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every job is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, foremen, and field technicians to keep projects on schedule
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Order and track materials, tools, and equipment
• Keep detailed daily reports and take progress photos
• Approve timesheets, invoices, and materials each week
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety — goal is zero incidents
• Lead weekly safety meetings and help build a strong safety culture
• Train and mentor foremen and field technicians

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction management experience (commercial restoration experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to read and understand blueprints and project plans
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction software (like Procore)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, climb, and move around job sites for extended periods
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and equipment
